South of England Inter-county Champs 1500m

Lily ran in the u15 1500m Inter-county champs at Horspath, Oxford, 1st Sept 2019. Came in with a time of 5:06:68 (8th) running a year young so did well. Lily with her friend Nat (Bedford)

St Albans Striders Event at the track…

Some of the older St Albans AC athletes were invited to the Striders event on 14th August. The team won the 1 mile relay... so fun to watch! Lily looking mini next to some of the Striders!!! Winning team!

First 3000m on the track!

Hertfordshire County 3000m Championships 1st July 2018, Hemel. Lily was the only girl in the race running alongside men and boys! Despite the heat and beating sun, Lily ran well with a time of 11:06.3.
